I just read that the Ohio legislature is about to vote on a bill that will post the federal and state motto (In GOD We Trust, and With GOD All Things Are Possible) in all public schools. Previously, I had read that the Ohio legislature had stalled a bill that would help protect children from clergy abuse.
What kind of priorities do we have in this state when we promote religion at the expense of the well-being of children? Are these people thinking clearly? Are these the priorities you support?
