The Associated Press is reporting that a law intended to force clergy to report suspected child abuse is being stalled in a house committee here in Ohio because evangelical groups don't support the law. How is this possible? Who are the members of this committee? How can they let churches block a law that is so important, especially considering the number of church abuses that have been reported recently?

Expect to hear more about this soon.
